On the night of October 9,2018 I was assaulted by two women and a man in a park. While all this was happening there were families and people walking around and no one tried to stop it or call the police until it too late. Although, I was able to handle my own not all are lucky. I am proposing a petition for citizens to try to help in there best abilities if they see something going on. There have been many instances where people would rather record on social media or just keep walking and now a life has been lost. So please stand with me today to make this Change.!
