a. Commission on Basic + YQ fare - 5% on domestic and 9% on international flights.
b. 50% of the fee collected towards cancellation, meal, seat request, reissue charges etc.,
c. Unconditional Web parity
d. Agents to be allowed to participate in all promotions / special fares
e. Clarity of ADM with option to refuse/ contest
f. Prevailing credit system to continue.

I have been spent all morning buried in emails from agents who are just as fed up as I am with these commission structures. It is honestly exhausting dealing with these policies but hearing your stories makes me want to scream at the airlines even louder because we deserve a fair seat at the table.

I really thought this might just float around in the void for a while but seeing all these people jumping on board is honestly pretty wild. It feels like the industry is finally waking up to the fact that we cannot keep operating under these squeeze tactics because my inbox has been absolutely exploding with stories from agents who are just so completely exhausted by these policies.

Stop the unfair policies. We need to stay afloat or the whole industry is going to crash.
Complete nonsense. Without agents the airlines would have half the sales. Respect the partners.
Agreed. Cancellation fees share is only fair since we deal with the angry customers when things go wrong.
Ridiculous how we are treated. 5% is the bare minimum we deserve for the amount of bookings we handle every day.
Give us a fair commission or watch the portals take everything while agents suffer. Change it now.

The airlines are just killing our business lately. Been in this industry for 15 years and never seen it this bad. We do the work they should be paying us for!
