I have finalized a formal letter requesting a detailed explanation from the FA regarding the specific commercial criteria used for this exclusion. The momentum behind this petition has reached a level that the Football Association can no longer ignore. I am currently preparing a formal letter to the governing body to demand a meeting regarding the exclusion of Sunderland WFC.

Total disgrace. They earned their spot fair and square.
The girls have worked so hard for this promotion. Dont let marketing and money ruin the sport for them.
Absolute joke. If they are winning the league on the pitch they deserve to be there. Sort it out FA
disgusting treatment. how can you ignore results on the pitch just for marketing???
Support the team not the suits. Sunderland belong in the top flight.
