This site is listing me as a resident of Woodruff. That is in ERROR. I live in Hunters Ridge off of Foothills Road! This type of error may not sway decision makers since it will appear that I am not even shown as a resident of Greenville County.

Such a community will decrease land values and degrade the reputation that the Swamp Rabbit Trail has generated for the City of Travelers Rest and the trail itself.

I'm against this proposal and believe it would not be in keeping with what we in TR want to see in our community. It would be too congested and detract from the environment we want to keep here. We didn't move here to see the area go down but to see it continue in the direction it has already begun.

Whoever proposed this and whoever would approve it does not have the best interest of TR in mind. This would be a step backward for TR.

I'm against this project. Our infrastructure cannot safely support it and it will hurt the swamp Rabbit trail and surrounding property values!

It is a terrible place to think about having this many "Tiny Homes". Much too crowded together for the land area & the streets which are narrow, winding with no shoulders. If the developer wants to build this type of plan, he needs to locate it where there is more land area. Perhaps north of city of TR where it's not so congested.

Hopefully the zoning board will throw this out on the first reading.

There are already many too many apartments and rental properties along the 276/25 corridor especially as developers are using them as an excuse to include retail.

This area should be left to nature as the Swamp Rabbit Trail already goes through.

This is a terrible idea. Just to add to the other problems, a subdivision that close to the reedy would create more runnoff and pollution in a river that is already sadly abused.

Tiny houses are a trend that will be over before this is built. Way too much traffic in this area currently.
