As a current Ryland Home Tenant, I am interested in adding a pool and park within the neighborhood for all residence and guest to enjoy. If you are interested as well, please have all tenants of Sutton Springs Development to sign for initial request to take place within Sutton Springs Development.
The scale of this response confirms the necessity of our proposal to the property management team. My focus now transitions to drafting the formal request and scheduling a meeting with the leasing office to review our specific demands.

Yes, I would want to know what the cost would be. How big is the other community and where is the other community located? I don't like the idea of another community being added because they don't live within the community and afraid they may not respect our property and or safety concerns. However, it sounds nice to have a pool w/in the community for just Sutton Springs residents only, and where would it be situated?

I think this is a nice idea but I would like to know the cost before we agree to anything. Our HOA cost are high enough with no real benefit. I got a letter in the mail stating that this would connect another neighborhood called lynnwood estates... If this is the case I would vote against it hands down. Having any other neighborhood connected to ours is a bad idea for our community and the safety of our property. If this is a Sutton Springs community only pool then I would be for it, but again cost is a big factor before moving forward! I will not sign this petition until I know more details!

It is worth getting this to the attention of Ryland homes to at least find out what it will take. Then we as a neighborhood can approve or reject it. But first let us find out what the cost would be to have a pool and park where our kids can play and we can walk and enjoy!

I would love to have a pool and park. Might get some use out of our Hoa fees
