I read through another stack of alumni comments today and it is honestly wild to see how many people talk about those print editions being their first real taste of writing or reporting. I am still waiting on an email back from the office but I keep refreshing the page just in case something pops up because this cannot be the end of the line for the paper.

I really thought this might just be a total pipe dream when I first started tapping away at my keyboard but seeing how many people actually care about the paper has honestly left me reeling in the best way possible. It feels like we actually have a shot at changing their minds now because the sheer wave of support is just impossible for the administration to keep ignoring forever.

journalism was my favorite class. it taught me so much about writing and real life. dont take this away from the kids.

Ridiculous decision. The school needs a paper to keep people informed about what is actually going on. Stop cutting the important programs.
