My niece was recently killed! Rosalia was survived by many who loved her Rosalia had a way of touching the hearts of many and leaving a lasting impression. Rosalia was in the care of Salvador Quntana, Carmen Marquez as well a officials- social services. We our over come with sadness but our anger out wieghs it. We beleived with all our hearts that Salvador Quintana loved his daughter He was even there through her birth. Because every child should know thier father if thier givin the chance to. and as for social services lease dont let this occure again through poor judgment. we will send these to Rosalia\'s case managers, Government Officials at the last hearing.
