In a rural mountainous setting, the school becomes the focal point and savior of our wonderful small town community. Nederland Middle Senior High School needs more resources to address the social and emotional needs of our children. With enough resources, NMSHS can serve to increase the protective factors that allow all youth to thrive. Boulder Valley School District is making future budgetary decisions by mid- March 2013. Please join us in requesting additional support for our mountain children!

Mountain residents hereby request that Boulder Valley School District fully fund the following positions at Nederland Middle Senior High School – Full-time (line item administrative position) Dean of Students with a restorative practice/positive behavior support focus, Full-time Guidance/Academic Counselor position, Full-time School Psychologist position, Full-time Prevention/Interventionist position.
