An Act to establish a National Infant and Child Loss Awareness Day Whereas many Canadian parents and families have suffered the terrible tragedy of the death of an infant or child; And whereas bringing national attention to the challenges faced by those parents and families is a positive means of establishing greater support and understanding for the needs of grieving Canadians.
