My 7 year old niece loves to watch the buskers. We make a trip into Victoria regularly just to sit and listen/watch them.

Why is modern society so ridiculously over-regulated? The powers that be in Victoria are fools! They ban amplification from buskers, yet they allow any other organization the right to set up a sound system that can blare so loud you can hear it two fucking blocks away. Smarten up!

Those buskers built the popularity of the causeway. Without them Victoria harbour was nothing.

The buskers make the waterfront what is. It wouldn't really be the inner harbour without them.

The loss of the buskers in the Inner Harbour would be a huge loss of contemporary culture. Where else is creativity present there?

Born and raised in Victoria, I've seen buskers since the 70's and feel they are a huge part of our capitol.

They have always been a part of the inner harbour. They should be aware of changes that could effect them.

I lived in Victoria for 50 years and come back regularly on the Coho , I have always loved the Buskers. I have never heard anything but praise for them from people getting on and off the ferry... They are an important part of the Inner harbor experience ...

Please support these buskers. They provide a very nice ambience to the city of Victoria. Note that buskers actually provide real value and should not be confused with panhandlers.
I love shard

Victoria is not Victoria without Dave Harris.
