Exec team has sent out information about how comparable and even that VG wages are "competitive" for some of the staff . However, when you look at RN wages they are neither of these things.

Due to the cost of living and the rate that one can progress (pay wise) here.

I agree - We are on a serious downhill trajectory if we do not increase MA and PCC salary to something closer to what they are worth to VG, and at least equal to what other similar employers are offering. It is time now to increase the wages to MAs and PCC support staff at our clinics.

Our MAs, PCCs, TAs, FD staff, and OHAs are so dedicated and hard working, yet are objectively paid less than their peers. We should fight to keep them.

Our MAs, together with our PCCs, and TAs form the backbone of our teams. Investing in them should be among out highest priorities as an organization.

I think that a pay increase for MAs, and all the support staff is long overdue. MA turnover has been a problem at VG for the past 10 years. Now is the time to address it. Increasing pay will decrease employee turnover, which will improve quality of care for our patients and quality of life for the staff. I wholeheartedly support this petition.

All of our support staff work incredibly hard and are the backbone that allow providers to do the essential work that we do with patients. Our staff are dedicated and passionate about the mission, but most cannot continue to justify thousands of dollars of lost earning potential for love of our patients.
I fully support an immediate increase in base wages to more accurately reflect the economic realities of living in this region at this time. As an organization we must be competitive socially by offering excellent working conditions but we also must offer competitive compensation to attract and retain the best talent.

Please increase the wages to MAs and PCC support staff at our clinics; they work incredibly hard and they are not compensated appropriately. They help keep our clinics functioning properly and allow the mission of VG to continue. Clearly our providers agree that we need to not just recognize our staff, but also grant them equitable pay and we need to act Now.

The few who haven't left yet are working harder than ever to keep us afloat. How long will they last? DO THE RIGHT THING.

I support this! It is the only way we are going to retain staff and actually get new applicants. School base clinics are down to 2 support staff, that's it! Years of having open positions and zero applicants.
