The Town of Knox Park Improvement Committee, together with the Knox Town Board, is currently applying for a Parks and Recreation Grant to fund capital improvements to the Town of Knox Park, located at 2192 Berne-Altamont Road. These improvements include the construction of a new, handicapped accessible playground, a multi-purpose building including restroom facilities, storage and a concession stand/kitchen facility. These improvements will significantly improve the quality of life for the many community members who access the park for athletic, social and recreational events and provide opportunities for the increase use by residents of all ages.
