1I did not sign this petition and in fact signed the other one.
I am currently not for or against the new amenities center.
I have to note that with all the beautiful blown up posters at the presentation the Board did not blow up the survey results which indicated that over 60% responded they would be willing to spend from zero to $300 additional in their dues. The current amount is over $700 a year.
Ironically, 3 Board members, including the President who pushed heavily for this project have moved out of Ocean Ridge.
In addition, the current Board was not elected with I believe 4 members appointed including the President.
Why is everyone afraid to allow a vote of the property owners???
Lets just have a vote.

I don't need to say anything more than this which is an opinion I fully support.

Nonsense this is completely fallacious with nothing to support it. HOA fees >$2000 will unhinge potential property purchases.

It is obvious we need a solution for our growing community and the board has come up with one. I do hope the community will have more input identifying what should be done in the first phase

The amenity center is important to support the lifestyle that we moved here to enjoy. It will also improve our property values.

Moving forward with an amenity center is good and both my wife and I support it. However the "Bistro" aspect of the concept puts the HOA in the food and beverage business. Don't believe that we should do this. Questions and concerns have been forwarded to the HOA in a separate email.

Ocean Ridge is continuing to rapidly expand - all of the services features and amenities of our community have to grow as well for this to remain a feasible place to access programs and benefits of living here
