I fully support the new amenity center, but costs should be closely monitored since overruns are common. The Board should be doing more to collect the fees due to ORMA that are in Coastal's pocket. Could help defray some of the costs.

We support the proposed amenity center - but not in phases. Lets do it all at once and be done with it ... especially since the interest rates are so low right now - lets LOCK IN NOW! By doing all phases NOW - then everyone in the community will get something that they wanted in the process! Cuz some wanted only the additional meeting rooms and enlarged fitness center + parking ... and others wanted more Pickleball Courts and Bistro/Dining options, etc! If we do it all at once (complete the entire build + renovation projects) then everyone will get something out of the deal!

I am in agreement with the need for more amenities in our community due to our rapid growth. It will definitely be an asset to all property owners investment in O.R. I am totally behind the decision of our Board. They work long hours improving O.R. Thanks

I support of this board moving forward with the amenity center plans, including a full build-out of the meeting space. Seems short-sighted to build in phases at the pace OR is growing, and construction/labor costs will only increase. Also, I'm in favor of the bistro concept and would like that larger as well. This project could be the heart of the community and will increase all of our property values- bringing Ocean Ridge in line with other communities that already boast such facilities.

We fully support the Board to move as quickly as possible to approve the complete Amenities project. We support all phases now, including pool, pub, etc. Lockwood Folly won support of their beautiful new facilities by residents and lot owners being convinced that their values and sales appeal would increase. We should expect the same.

Fully support the Board and am in favor of doing 100% of the plan now if the additional increase in assessment is only a couple hundred dollars more than doing only the meeting space and pool. Costs for the deferred items will only increase in future years. Also, I have a great deal of concern regarding the 60% of vacant lot owners who responded to the survey saying they have no intention of building. While they have a legal right to vote for Board members and to have an opinion I find it disingenuous for them to attempt dictate to those of us who have chosen to make this our home what amen we do and do not need. If their plans have changed or they feel the new assessment is too much to pay to have parking at the beach they have a decision to make as to sell or pay the increase. I sincerely hope the Board gives full consideration to full and part time residents as opposed to absentee owners. The number of homes and residents increases steadily each year. These amenities are needed now due to the time lag associated with construction. Common sense must prevail.

We elect a Board to manage, maintain, and grow our community. The Board does this with participation from the community. Let's support our system. It works.

The Board completed a comprehensive needs assessment with professional survey tools, communicated the results and provided open house with concept designs for the Amenity Center. Great work by the Board and many other property owner volunteers. The growth of OR residents drives the need for additional amenities. We need this project to maintain and enhance our property values. I support the Board and this project.

Many years of work have been devoted towards improving the current amenities and creating new and exciting ones. All these efforts were supported by Boards going back in time. The current Board is continuing those efforts and has my support.

This is a "must have" for the community since we've already outgrown the existing facility and there's plenty of new construction underway. It will also help raise property values. This was supposed to have been done by the developer, but it's better if the community owns and manages it.

Homeowners in ORP need updated and more substantial amenities. This improvement will benefit all property owners. Even lot owners will benefit as ORP becomes even more desireable.
