- Landscape screening will buffer the development on three sides for the benefit of the residents.

The momentum behind this project proves that we are tired of looking at this rotting eyesore while the county sits on its hands. It is time for the local officials to stop dragging their feet and finally approve this development.

I found the intersection of Lemay Ferry and Old Lemay Ferry rather hazardous. I would welcome an improvement.
I fully support this development. I lived in St. Louis city and county for many years. This needs to be done. The intersection is so unsafe.
The increased tax revenue would be great for the community as well as the better appearance of the property and the access to a quality storage facility for the local residents. I strongly support rezoning this property.
This would be a great addition to the south county area. A great way to generate more taxes from the derelict property. I love the proposal
My business is right on the other side of the street from the d lelipmrnt and I have no problem with it. Sounds like a win for Soyth County.
