We need to support all teens everywhere. We really don't support the good thing teens do anymore people just praise the bad.

Is there a way to use another site for the House next year? Perhaps the old McGregor lot?

Great cause, let him extend his home to others to support those that need it most. After Saturday it'll all be over. Don't stop our youth from being creative and kind, there are many out there suffering.

Sam is a sensible, experienced, and generous fellow Albany-dweller. His haunted house is the biggest Halloween event of the city, and not only is it a safe and fun way for people to enjoy themselves, it raises funds for a local food drive . It's not like kids aren't loud on Halloween anyway--all that door knocking and shrieking and herds of chattering trick-or-treaters. Sure, there might be noises coming from the DuBois household, but it's Halloween. One night a year, and perfectly legal activities. The Albany Haunt should be allowed to continue! Don't deny the good people of their beloved spooky tradition!

This town needs to learn that if you don't like looking at something, you don't look at it.

What about all the people who have elaborate holiday (xmas) scenes in their front yards. Perhaps there would be some helpful precedent for you there Sam. I'll check it out. You've got lawyers backing you buddy. Stay strong.

I am in support of Sam and the Albany Haunt. We need more teens like Sam, who are inspired to help others. Don't let one grump ruin it for others.

What a wonderful fundraising event and a young man doing good for the community. It would be a shame if this was not allowed to continue.

The Albany Haunt is exactly the type of thing that the Planning and Zoning Commission should be supporting. Don't let one disgruntled family and their complaints stop such a wonderful event that provides food and cash donations to the needy. There will always be somebody who wants to put their own needs before the good of others. That's why we have a Planning and Zoning Commission. It's your job to look at a project/event like this that does good and is supported by most and approve it.
