We are approaching one hundred signatures and need to hit this milestone to show the council we mean business. Post this petition on your Facebook page right now and text three neighbors who live in Jackson County to get them to sign.

These are the nicest people, very family oriented, with the best bespoke products, and they do their best to carry local brands including my own, Pickup Brand Coffee. To not have them in the Jefferson community would be a disservice to the community.
We would love to see Striplings come here! We have to go all the way over to the Atlanta Hwy. on 78 which is quite a distance from here! They have the best steaks around,not to mention their sausage,special sauces,etc. Hope the county doesn't kick this out like it does most things.
Striplings is a great store whose character far better suits the personality of Jackson County than a big box WalMart or other national chain would.
I’ve been shopping at Stripling’s all my life in South Georgia and most recently, in Watkinsville. This is a fantastic local business with many Georgia grown items. There’s no sausage on earth like it and I think this would be a fantastic addition to the small-town, agricultural focus of Jackson County.
Our family and other families could greatly benefit from a grocer being in this rural area. And it’s support of our community and local farmers would be unmatched. Please bring a striplings to Jackson Co!!

I have lived in south Jackson all my life. We need this business on this side of town. This is a family owned country store that will fit in the community and be a huge part of the community. Better than putting a racetrack or Qt there because we all know big money don’t care about the community.
