I’ve been there and experienced it. I won’t go back. Sad that I can’t even go to my local park and enjoy myself.

Making people pay a small fee would certainly help with upkeep as well as to keep random mess makers and partiers out.

The lake is beautiful and a privilege. If people can't treat it right unfortunately more regulations are needed. Let's try to be better people :)

We NEED to have an entrance fee to keep the visitors at a minimum, help to pay the volunteers and park employees and to keep our beautiful park clean and healthy!!

Put signs up stating there will be a 500.00 fine for littering. It's time to charge for entrance maybe that might keep the city buses out.
When my husband takes grandchildren for a walk or fishing
he always takes a trash bag. People are leaving trash everywhere on trails and fishing spots. What happened to Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful?

Save our lake. Tired of seeing dirty diapers and femine products on the floor in the restroom. Very disgusting, we don’t live this way at our homes. I would hope not :(

I agree with fee’s and fines.
I almost stepped on a Syringe w needle last year in a porta John, gross but I had no choice.

We love going to the lake everyday it’s such a shame people that come here don’t respect and care about it ,they should not be welcomed if they pollute it and don’t give a .... about it!

Charge every out of state traveler, enough is enough. And fine the hell out of everyone who litters.

Please help us keep the Beltzville Lake area clean and safe. Mauch Chunk charges a fee to get in and they do not have the problems that Beltzville does.

Agree with all previous comments and in addition the ignoring of “No Parking” sign is an added danger people (again, mostly out-of-state) parking cars on the sides of Pohopoco Dr. as well as Pine Run make it extremely difficult to drive as there is no shoulder to the road so that cars are taking up the road sometimes even stopping in the middle of the road expecting you to drive around them. Add to that the large numbers of people walking in the road because the sides of the road are completely crowded with the illegally parked cars.
