We, the undersigned, support the opening of CyberTech Public Charter High School. CyberTech Public Charter High School will provide its scholars with a rigorous, college preparatory 21st century learning experience centered on providing occupational and informational access to the information technology field. Emphasizing communication, life skills, mindfulness, and career skills necessary to cultivate a culture of lifelong learners, CyberTech will offer an innovatively structured learning environment that culminates in a high school diploma and the receipt of professional certificates in: CompTIA A+, MOS, CompTIA Network+, and/or CompTIA’s Cyber Security+.

The bureaucratic process is draining and often feels like shouting into a void. I am keeping up with the emails and the meetings because our students deserve a school that prepares them for the actual future. Your continued presence here provides the weight we need to demand a seat at the table.

DC kids really need these kind of tech skills to get hired. Too many schools are still stuck in the past.
this would be GREAT for my nephew he loves computers and needs a school that actually teaches him real stuff
Finally a school that focuses on certs. Getting an A+ before graduating is a huge head start.

The District of Columbia is in dire need for a High School that prepares students for the jobs in this area.
