The university has officially reversed Pauline Langley's suspension. It is heartening to see that the department listened to our collective testimony regarding her dedication to students. We should remain attentive as she transitions back into her vital role within our community.
This is a petition to testify your support for Pauline Langley. Pauline has been suspended from the department for reasons that will not to be divulged to us. Regardless of these reasons there are many reasons why Pauline is integral to the Primary Education department. Pauline cares deeply for the students and everything she does is for us. Adding your name to this petition is simply testifying to the good she does. It does not in any way suggest that you condone what she may have done to become suspended. It simply means that the university will listen and take into consideration all the good she does rather than judging her on her recent mistakes. If you have any strong feelings towards Pauline or if she has ever gone above and beyond for you be it to find you a resource or to provide a shoulder to cry on I strongly implore and urge you to add your signature. Leeds trinity university takes great pride in the opportunities it provides to students to have their voices heard. Adding your signature by no means will get you into trouble. We have a right to be heard and I hope you will have the courage to speak up and stand up. I thank those who add their signature in advance and those who cannot I understand. Lets stand up for someone who gives us her all and let our voices be heard.
The stories shared by students about Pauline provide a clear picture of the impact she has made on our department. Having these accounts documented serves as a powerful reminder of why so many of us feel it is necessary to speak up during this time.

Seeing this level of backing confirms that Pauline impact on our department is felt far more deeply than I had initially realized. This momentum reflects a community that values her dedication and chooses to focus on the human side of this situation. We are gathering momentum because so many people understand that her contributions deserve to be part of the conversation.
