The undersigned New Hampshire residents request that the Governor and Legislature authorize a license plate bearing the Laconia Motorcycle Week® logo, and that the additional funds raised from the sales of the license plates go to the Laconia Motorcycle Week Association to be used for the promotion of Laconia Motorcycle Week.

I've been going to Laconia for 34 years, since I was 14. I would buy that plate in a heartbeat.
Laconia was where i decided to get my motorcycle license 10 yrs ago, i havent missed a rally in NH since. I have rode all over the US and NH is still the best. Plates are a great idea..
My 88 year old mom used to go to bike week with my dad more than 65 years ago. It is a special event and should be commorated.
This Rally is the first & oldest in the nation & is part of what has made this beautiful state so famous & popular. We need the commercial & economic enterprise as well as NH businesses needing the trade as well as the traffic. We have already lost many businesses around the Weirs, i.e., Broken Spoke, Boot Hill, etc. The people who attend this rally need a place to go. To dance, sing, have a beer in peace, meet people from all over the US & the World they otherwise may never get to. I think it would be a serious economic down-turn for the Lakes Region if we no longer had this rally as well as Louden & the surrounding communities if we lost the Nascar Races. I think this is a worthy cause, & the Logo, is a part of this state.
I Fully Support Bike Week Tags. I moved from Meredith, NH when I entered the U.S.N. I've recently retired shortly after my wife passed away. I'm presently looking to sell my house so I can move back HOME! Everyone I know who moved away for what ever reason in our 20's now in 50's are all migrating HOME to NH! We'd all love to have a tag showing our heritage !
Come on riders, let's make it to 50,000!

Should have been done 50 years ago! And make sure not to forget the motorcyclist! A special plate should also be done for motorcycles. I like the present plate but I would pay extra for one if it looked good. Comon' NH DMV, its time. We shouldn't wait 100 years, we should have a special plate for that!!!
