Without this program as a person who grew up in the surrounding community I would not have been able to realize my dream of becoming a nurse. Please don't rob others of the same opportunity.

Nursing programs as well as nurse's are necessary on lue of the health care industry. The year 2020 the nursing program will be mandatory due to retirement and rise in senior, hospice, orthopedic and cancer care. It would be detrimental to close any school of nursing when attendance is on the rise.

Keep the services for students. Just offer the class at a different location. El Camino Real Charter High School for example.

Equity is currently a buzz word in education, but it’s meaning is often distorted, misused or ignored. Shutting down this viable nursing program is not equity.

I attending this school 27 years ago. And today Ihave my Master's and a Clinical Instructor. SouthWest is an excellent school and turned out excellent nurses. Please keep this program.
