Taylor Kuczynski is an amazing art teacher and role model for the students at Manhattan Middle School. She works tirelessly for her students and even spends her own money to provide supplies for them when school funds are short. Without explanation, her contract was not renewed. Please show your support for her by letting the powers that be know what a wonderful teacher she is and how valuable she is to the school and our community. I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this request to keep Ms. Kuczynski at our school. This is entirely because of your belief in her work and the stories you have shared keep reminding me why she is so special to this community.

Please keep Ms K! She’s a great art teacher and she’s so kind. We loved having her this head and my daughter started a classroom petition on the last 2 days of school as well (but forgot to turn it in!). It’s has 74 signatures from her students!!
I have had the pleasure of being taught by Mrs. Kuczynski and feel wholeheartedly that she impacts the lives of so many students, positively. She is a wonderful person that shares her passion for art and personally helped me find my love for art. She is friendly, respectful, and kind and one of the most memorable teachers I’ve had throughout my schooling years. We love Mrs. Kuczynski.
Ms K. Is an amazing art teacher who loves and inspires her students. My two daughters have gained so much in self-esteem and cultural literacy from being lucky enough to have her as a teacher.
Taylor is an outstanding educator. BVSD should be doing anything it can to make sure teachers of her caliber are retained. The quality of teacher is the biggest determination of student success in the classroom. It would be an extreme error in judgement and an administrative failure to not keep Taylor at Manhattan.
My son Cameron Ash has renewed interest and enthusiasm for art and culture all due to Ms. Kuczynski's wonderful teaching. He even signed up for 0 period to ensure that he could continue in Ms. Kuczynski's class. It is truly a rare educator that can get a 13 year old boy to sign up for an extra hour of school every day. Please don't allow this valuable asset to the Manhattan community go.
I had Mrs. Kuczinski 14 years ago and still think of her fondly!

Im signing this because my daughter has had a great increase in her skill and interest in art during her time with Ms. Kuczynski as her teacher. I believe she is a great asset to both the art department and the school. Please consider reinstating her as an art teacher. Thank you, Alex Lovejoy
