Petition to support Kentucky Pastors in Action Coalition (K-PAC) 2016 Education Platform
Petition Summary: The Kentucky Pastors in Action Coalition is a diverse collaboration of faith leaders , united in the belief that parents should be the principle decision makers when it comes to the education of their children. Our coalition's 2016 Education Platform has three major objectives:
- We are advocating for public charter schools in Kentucky.
- We are advocating parental/school choice options to include individual and corporate tax credits and education savings accounts for low-income families.
- We are advocating for all preschool funds in Kentucky, including the national Head Start Program be redirected into parental choice vouchers.

PLEASE Bring Charter Schools to Kentucky. Our children have the right to a quality education. CHANGE is good for everyone and it just might SHAPE up the rest of the education system state wide!!
Finally someone is standing up for parents! Public schools around here just dont work for every kid and we need options asap.
Moved to KY to find no Charter School options! Disappointed and we need them!

I am starting to home school my kids from the trimble county kentucky area due to the lack of the schools bug removals of bed bugs and lice. Another big reason being that all four of my children have been bullied from K-7th grade. It has been many years of an on going battle to get things resolved. I have been looking everywhere for a charter school and my kids begin home schooling on the seventh of March. I want them to be accredited so i support this all the way! and hope we can get the votes! From Bedford Kentucky
