Reaching this point has been a long and draining road for everyone who relies on this clinic. I am tired but feeling a renewed sense of purpose because it is clear we are not fighting for this alone.

We have NO ONE that sees children! And no one else wants to come here! Be rug begged doctors to come here and no one would...
Was told by my Dad to sign him up ! He goes to Dr. Bushman in Enid and would like to drive him self to the Doctor !
The city should not be able to eliminate competition to the city owned hospital. Until the hospital can offer the highest quality care they should have to compete.
There should not be an issue with health care business competition.... It makes everyone step up their game on patient quality care and pricing. This is one reason I support Integris coming to town for all of us that live here in Alva and the surrounding towns.
I think it would be a great opportunity for Alva. It would help with community support of businesses and keep elderly folks from traveling. It's all about providing for your citizens, keeping them in your hometown.
More Healthcare is what Alva needs
I find it offensive that the City Council has decided to engauge in protectionism, This is one of the things this Country's founders found to be an anathema to freedom and liberty.

We need options and a place for kids. We need Doctors that we can be established with., not just whatever PA is on.
