Please add your organization's name - or your name - to the list of groups and people supporting efforts to end mandatory "life without parole" sentences for children in Illinois.

HB 2470 and 2471 have passed through the House Restorative Justice Committee and will soon be debated on the House floor. Your organization's "sign on" will help us ensure that this "cruel and unusual" practice of sentencing a child to life is limited to only the most extreme cases, and even then is mitigated by a post-sentencing review system.
