I see no issues with a garden we have Town homes in this community you can’t even see because trees are over grown and bushes need cut leave people alone there are other more important issues such as vandalism open air drug house in the community and speeding cars on Brown road someone is going to get Killed and no sidewalks HOA you need to get over yourself you are nothing without people paying dues respect us

What is a community without neighbors helping neighbors instead of complaining over something as silly as a vegetable garden. We used to love this neighborhood until we witnessed all of the crap that came along with living here so we are going to be looking elsewhere to purchase a new home

theyvare our neighbors and our backyard looks directly at their garden and we have no complaints at all! We see it more than anyone and we have no issues with their gardens!

I find the garden on this property attractive and pleasant to look at. I don’t think it’s a detriment to the appearance of our neighborhood in any way. Additionally, I think it sets a dangerous precedent allowing the board of directors to persecute someone for something that isn’t specified in the DCCRs as being on authorized.

Agarden is lanscaping, which is specifically excluded from micro-management by the abusive Homeowners Association. This type of petty harrassment must stop so we residents can enjoy our property.

We love driving by and seeing all of their beautiful gardens and plants. They have enjoyed gardening for many years and there is no reason for you to take that away from them now. It doesn’t make sense and there is nothing in the covenants that says they can’t have them.

Hammonds Mill HOA is bullying the members of this community who are good people. There is nothing wrong with their garden and they should have the right to grow food as they see fit on the land that they own. Our family has never been bothered looking at their garden every day!
