We just moved from this development and the number 1 reason is the HOA harassment. Why on Earth would they suddenly tell you you can’t keep a vegetable garden on your own property?! I hope you win this.

We live across the street and we the gardens have never been an issue for us.

They should be able to keep their garden. It’s their property. It shouldn’t now be a problem since they have been doing it for 10+ years.
