Yes to the addition of Holden of Anaheim Hills to the community of Anaheim. Holden of Anaheim Hills would be a blessing to the population. The addition of this senior housing community allows for Anaheim families to remain in their community.
Our aging population needs housing alternatives. This will not only provide an opportunity for seniors to live in a beautiful community in safety and security, it will help address the overall housing needs of OC and California.
The Holden Anaheim Hills is a thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and quietly elegant senior living community that fits well within the existing site, with its low, 2-story profile. I support this project as a great addition to the neighborhood.
I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and this proposed development would be a wonderful complement to the surrounding residential uses. As a former Anaheim Planning Commissioner, this is a plan that I think makes sense for Anaheim Hills.
We need more senior housing. Similar to keeping our kids near us, we also need to keep our parents and grand parents near us. Please don't give in to NIMBY pressure. Keep our families in Orange County.
