We support the development of a casino with the City of Ridgecrest. We believe that the economic need for diversification and for new employment in our community outweigh any social risks with a Casino. Additionally, the need for entertainment in our community is vital to our future economic success and we support the sale of the land.

I was just looking at the count and we are honestly getting so near that next big marker for the casino proposal. If everyone here could just ping a few neighbors or coworkers tonight to get them on board we would be over the hump and into the spotlight before the weekend hits.

Look at these numbers climbing up because we really need that casino for the jobs and the tax base around here so keep pushing because we are almost at one hundred signatures. If you could just grab a few people you know who want better entertainment options in Ridgecrest and get them to sign right now we might actually hit that goal before the day is over.

Why should our gambling money go to Bishop or Nevada? My husband and I don't have gambling problems, but we do occasionally gamble.
Im totally for this casino. It will bring tourists and that means $ for the city and would help other businesses. Especially restaurants. People need to eat!!!
I believe that Ridgecrest needs to diversify it's base of income, and that a well managed casino would be an acceptable business. It would provide well paying jobs for people and another reason for tourists driving by on 395 to visit Ridgecrest and see everything else we have to offer. I support the casino initiative to benefit our town.
I absolutely support this casino we need fun things to do for all age groups in this town besides the local bars and bowling. I hope this makes a difference and I'm supporting all the wonderful higher paying jobs it will bring to ridgecrest #letrcgrow
As a former resident of San Diego and San Diego county, I've seen all the great things having an Indian casino can do for the city. Ridgecrest and surrounding areas can greatly benefit from this.
