Waukegan needs this revenue way more than Milwaukee does. Tired of leaving my money in WI.
We should have something in our area. We should not have to drive to Eiscondin. People in Mundelein, Grand Dominion would patronize it for sure.
Great ideal need the business to create better neighborhoods.
