Ensure All Are Heard: Support Evening Meetings for Forsyth County

Holding a county commissioners meeting during the day shows how little the members care about their working constituents. Hod the meetings in the evenings as they should be.

I hope this meeting will indicate to the Commissioners the value the citizens place on being connected with the issues and services in our community. We want and need to be involved. Being closed out of meetings because the Commissioners don't want to be out in the evening seems more like they either don't care what we think/need/observe or this isn't a democratically run community.

An informed constituency is a voting constituency. Transparency to the voting public builds trust in those elected to serve

Hearing from the community in person is different from getting emails.

Please include evening meetings for County Commission. The public is interested in the community meeting but many work or are unavailable in the evenings. Thank you

We need access and transparency in order to engage in our democratic process. Let's be more intentional about meeting times that promote inclusion.
