Ensure All Are Heard: Support Evening Meetings for Forsyth County

Why wouldn't the Commissioners want the input for those they serve? Having regular evening meetings, especially those concerning the budget, is the right thing to do.

Why hold a public meeting at a time of day when no one can be there. The time should have been between 5 pm-6 anyway

I would like to be heard in Forsyth County! Move the meetings to the evenings to make things fair and allow for the voices of your constituents to be heard!

Government works better when more citizens can more easily participate in real time! It’s time to join the 93 other NC counties who all hold at least one evening meeting every month!

Every effort must be made to encourage maximum community participation.

This change is absolutely necessary for the community to have a say in how decisions are made for our local government.

Any meeting that is held as a "public" meeting, that thus includes information of interest to the public, should be held at a time when the public can attend. Kind of a no-brainer, and the public is left to feel deliberately excluded if all meetings are during working hours.

Please give ALL an equal opportunity to speak in person! If it’s too late, you need to retire.

It is essential that our county commissioners at work should be available to working people.

There is no good reason not to hold meeting when the community can attend in the evenings. Period.
