As we are wrapping up our last year with Cambrian, I will always look fondly back on the amazing experiences provided by some VERY special teachers. I also reflect on the countless hours donated for the numerous fundraisers needed to supplement what the district does not provide. Parents invest in our teachers with volunteer hours and constant donations. Compensation at a level where teachers can live where they work and provide the basics to keep students engaged is key to retaining our great teaching staff and attracting more families to invest in Cambrian.

Please find a way to pay our teachers comparable for other schools in the area. I was so sad when I saw the statistics for how underpaid they are.

We have had money left on the table for the last five years, so much that the district could have afforded raises in the double digits.Teachers in this district use their own funds to basically subsidize the district. It’s a shame, used to be a Great Place to Teach.

Our teachers deserve a significant pay raise for all their hard work. Cambrian wouldn't be the same without our teachers! Please recognize the need to increase their pay so we don't lose our teachers to higher paying districts.
