Cambrian teachers could go 5 miles in any direction and get paid substantially more. This will start to happen if an appropriate raise doesn't happen, and Cambrian will not be the same without these teachers. Investing in teachers is investing in students.

It's time to treat our teachers fairly, recognize their efforts and pay them what they deserve! We must invest in our teachers.

It’s time to pay our teachers right now. Now. Now. Now. A DOUBLE-DIGIT INCREASE. They need to KNOW we value them.

We have seen a number leave already and makes me wonder if those retiring would stay longer if pay was more competitive.

All the teachers in Cambrian are worthy of a lot more. They work their tales off for little compensation. When is Cambrians board going to wake up and see that teachers are leave the district not because of staff but because of the lack of pay.

Please help us keep our wonderful teachers!

The teachers deserve this raise because they have worked harder in the last two years than any other time in the district. The district has the money in reserves and needs to provide teachers with a living wage. When you invest in teachers you are investing in students.

I strongly support the increase in teacher’s salary.
