I know that planning and budgeting is difficult but we cannot succeed without our teachers!

I support the teacher's pay hike. It's long past due

I am the mother of two kids at Bagby. We love our school and we love our teachers. I know budgeting is hard. I have worked for and in local government for the last 15 years, and have known employee negotiations from both sides. I also know how hard it is to hire and retain good talent right now. There are many things the budget must cover, but if we can’t hire, train, and retain good teachers then the rest won’t matter.

I support a fair and competitive wage for Cambrian teachers.

Raise our teachers’ salaries! They deserve it!

Please raise salaries for the teachers!! They are exceptionally talented!!

It is CRITICAL that our teachers get a salary increase we need to keep compensation competitive to allow our teachers the ability to stay here in our school district and show them how valued they are. THIS IS A PRIORITY AND MUST BE DONE!

Come on district do the right thing!!

Keep our teachers in this school. They are outstanding and professional. They should receive a living wage equal to other districts.

Our amazing teachers are the cornerstone of the district. I realize budgets are tight but being at parity should be a top priority

If the teachers are well taken care of, they will focus on teaching the children.
