Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

If an EIA is not carried out on this stretch of beautiful countryside then what is the point of EIAs? If not here - then where?

Far too large a development. Bull Lane is already very busy during rush hours and school runs.

We don’t have sufficient infrastructure to cope with such a large development, As for schools and doctors they are already full to capacity. Can the roads also cope with all the extra traffic

Entirely inappropriate development for the purposes of profiteering and contributing nothing to those who need housing the most and all know these will be out of the reach of most home buyers. This also makes a mockery of green belt rules.

A thorough EIA process is essential

The proposed development is much too large. Already our infrastructure, particularly regarding water supply and sewage is under pressure. Bull Lane and the A40 are incredibly busy during school and work rush-hours and we do not need potentially a further 1000 cars.

Our small village cannot handle this many new houses!

We need to protect our environment as far as we possibly can.

Infrastructure along Bull Lane can not currently cope with level of traffic. It takes over 10 minutes in peak time to move 400 yards along Bull Lane into Bullstrode Rd onto the A40. Where's the Health and Safety rules when needed to be applied , let alone common sense.

I am extremely concerned about the polytion and added traffic that this will bring to Gerrards Cross. Also the schools are oversubscribed and so are the surgeries. This development wiuld be catastrophic

Totally against building on a beautiful green belt area
