Fully support Bucks County Council decision to require a full EIA. The Green Belt was established to PROTECT the countryside, its wildlife (in all forms) and our natural resources. It is the duty and responsibility of all people to do this otherwise these beautiful areas will be lost for ever.

The local infrastructure is struggling to cope at the moment this development would cause gridlock.
Plus the doctors surgeries and schools have no soar capacity

Due to frequent flooding on both Bull Lane and the A40, a thorough EIA should be carried out by the developer prior to planning permission submission.

It’s so important we keep our green spaces as they are being rapidly eroded away.
The birth rate is declining so in time we may have a surplus of houses lying empty because too many have been built.
