Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

Please protect our Greenbelt

Fully support Bucks County Council decision to require a full EIA. The Green Belt was established to PROTECT the countryside, its wildlife (in all forms) and our natural resources. It is the duty and responsibility of all people to do this otherwise these beautiful areas will be lost for ever.

The local infrastructure is struggling to cope at the moment this development would cause gridlock. Plus the doctors surgeries and schools have no soar capacity

Due to frequent flooding on both Bull Lane and the A40, a thorough EIA should be carried out by the developer prior to planning permission submission.

It’s so important we keep our green spaces as they are being rapidly eroded away. The birth rate is declining so in time we may have a surplus of houses lying empty because too many have been built.

Don't let the developer rip up trees , destroy the infrastructure, pollute, kill animals and destroy habitats .

How can one possibly start a large development on green belt land without an EIA

On every level an EIA is essential, a no brainer.

I wholeheartedly support the council position that an EAI is conducted to ensure Green belt the environment and bio diversity are all ordered on this development

EIA should be done for any green belt site.

Huge over development in this area with no supporting infrastructure.

There is no way that this development should be able to avoid an EIA

An environmental impact assessment is essential on this land which is a habitat for so much that is voiceless

It should be necessary to establish the impact any development would have on our green belt and fragile ecosystems.
