Bull Lane is already congested and dangerous to pedestrians and motorists alike this development will add traffic and strain infrastructure. For long stretches Bull lane is narrow with now pavements yet increasingly used by large trucks

There is an insufficient infrastructure to support the addition of so many people.

I strongly support this petition. Developers must not attempt to avoid regulation in place to protect the environment.

Our local infrastructure can’t take this.

No more destruction of green belt land!

Strongly support Bucks CC who are best placed to make the decision that an EIA is absolutely necessary

No development on Green belt and especially without an EIA.

It is essential that we all support Bucks County Council, so that a thorough EIA process is completed which will surely discourage such a development project, and preserve part of our Green Belt land.

Strongly support - all relevant impacts need to be fully understood and catered for.

I can’t believe I’m having to sign a permission to try to force an environmental assessment on a huge patch of green belt land which clearly has huge environmental significance. This process is mad….!

I completely support the decision made for an environmental impact assessment. The proposed development will have a huge impact on the area and this assessment is vital to ensure the natural habitats and environment have the full consideration and any planning required.

Conduct the survey

A massive overdevelopment without the supporting infrastructure.

The area does not have enough resources to accommodate this project.

Green Belt must be preserved and this area is also part of the strategic gap. The impact on GX and the environment must be properly assessed. This development is far to big and out of proportion with the surrounding area.

We should not build on Greenbelt as we cannot handle the number house and which will cause major issues in terms of roads, there is no positive news about this at all. Please reject

This proposal should not be approved - too large and an EIA should be conducted.
