An environmental impact assessment is absolutely 100% needed. If the housing were built it would cause huge, huge negative impact to the small town - the roads are already full, the primary schools are full, the doctors are full, Gerrards cross is already disadvantaged when choosing secondary schools, particularly grammar schools. Building on this land will make other parts of Gerrards cross so unappealing (namely Duke’s Wood) as it would push this area out of catchment for all education and medical services. Bull Lane is a small, windy road, Packhorse road is unacceptably busy and jammed already. An environmental impact assessment is essential.

I believe that a greater assessment of the land and its animal inhabitants needs to be throughly undertaken to assess the harm of this proposal

Aside from the horrendous polllution and removal of green belt land this would cause, there are not enough doctors, dentists car parking spaces or school places to support this development.
