Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

Not allowing to have any development in our green belt!!!

In view of this impact the proposed development will have on our green belt, it is imperative that Bucks CC conduct an EIA

Green belt land should not be sacrificed for housing.

This plan is ridiculous. Infrastructure not in place for this amount of housing. Nearby schools already struggle with traffic issues, this will add to congestion in area. Ruining green space enjoyed by many.

Absolutely outrageous to even consider such a sizeable development when Bull Lane and Gerrards Cross cannot take any more traffic!

It is essential from all aspects that an Environmental Impact Assessment must be carried out whenever building this many houses, let alone when it is on green belt land.

An EIA should definitely be done!

The council decision needs to be upheld

This would be absolutely devastating for the countryside around Gerrards Cross,

A full environment survey should be conducted. It’s green belt land for ac reason. To prevent building and expansion. This should not be considered in the first place. There is sufficient brown belt areas that can be used.

Area is not suitable for such a huge increase in housing

I'm against the development and we don't have the local infrastructure to support 485 new homes.

The Green Belt must be preserved to avoid destruction of wildlife. The loss of trees, which are prominent landscape features significantly contribute towards the sylvan character of the area. Building on green belt will create a lot of traffic and pollution.

An EIA is obviously required for a development of this size an impact

We should protect the environment and not cause more pollution, traffic etc

If this development was to go ahead , not only is it destroying the Green Belt, it would cause huge problems with traffic, pollution, flooding, wildlife/biodiversity, schools etc across the whole of Gerrards Cross. Let’s protect our environment.

An Environmental Impact Assessment must be carried out whenever building this many houses, let alone when it is on green belt land.

Loss of natural habitat for wildlife, biodiversity etc plus additional pressure on already overstretched local services. It will cause increased traffic congestion on the A40 and other local roads.

Environmental Assessment Impact should be done, as per current council's decision, to look after everyone's rights. Only if this one is favourable, the developer could go rightly ahead.
