This plan is ridiculous. Infrastructure not in place for this amount of housing. Nearby schools already struggle with traffic issues, this will add to congestion in area. Ruining green space enjoyed by many.

A full environment survey should be conducted. It’s green belt land for ac reason. To prevent building and expansion. This should not be considered in the first place. There is sufficient brown belt areas that can be used.

The Green Belt must be preserved to avoid destruction of wildlife. The loss of trees, which are prominent landscape features significantly contribute towards the sylvan character of the area. Building on green belt will create a lot of traffic and pollution.

If this development was to go ahead , not only is it destroying the Green Belt, it would cause huge problems with traffic, pollution, flooding, wildlife/biodiversity, schools etc across the whole of Gerrards Cross. Let’s protect our environment.

Loss of natural habitat for wildlife, biodiversity etc plus additional pressure on already overstretched local services. It will cause increased traffic congestion on the A40 and other local roads.

Environmental Assessment Impact should be done, as per current council's decision, to look after everyone's rights. Only if this one is favourable, the developer could go rightly ahead.
