There are not enough resources for this many houses to be built.

As a Gerrards Cross resident- I strongly encourage the council to assess the environmental impact of the house building. Impact on habitat, impact on green belt in totality, impact on water, run off and flooding.

Please protect our green belt. Any new development has to ensure the ancillary services like GPs, hospitals, schools are provisioned in expectation without which such permissions should never be granted,

Green belt is green belt and not to be lost to developments such as this. The infrastructure as it is will not stand this.

An EIA is absolutely essential

An EIA must be carried out otherwise the message is that the environment doesn't matter even though the Government is spending millions to protect it.

We need to ensure services as drs and schools are in place as we do not have gps in Gx at the moment. Bull lane is already dangerous so how’s the traffic going to be managed. An EAI is ESSENTIAL

If this development was approved it is destroying green belt, causing pollution and traffic problems. Also wildlife/biodiversity.
