Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

I would like a EIA carried out before any development can start.

Road systems / GP Surgeries/ schools/ Etc would not be able to cope . Its bad enough now and te environment would be destroyed

An EIA is essential

I support Bucks Council overriding the request by the builder for it not to commission the conducting of an EIA. As a resident of many years I’m deeply invested in the neighbourhood and the local environment and would ask the council to respect this rather than follow an easy and less invested party whose participation in the area is less rounded or grounded. Until the EIA is conducted we do not know what is currently unknown notwithstanding some people might suspect what they would like the position to be.

Brownfield sites need to be fully developed before touching green belt. Green belt is so important for people’s wellbeing esp if they live in glats

Fully support an EIA on the proposed Bull Lane development on green belt land.

Unworkable too large a development with no infrastructure included on site for the two schools and doctor surgeries needed in addition to huge increase in vehicles and sewage.

I am against green belt housing development and it should be stopped

Support council’s decision regarding EIP.

I believe it’s imperative that an EIA is performed and I fully support Bucks county council in this regard

An attempt at development of the green belt without due process and care for the environmental impact on Burnham Beeches, Bulstrode Park and local farm land, among other issues.

An environmental impact assessment should be carried out in relation to this proposal.

Gerrards cross does not have the infrastructure for a larger population and the green belt should stay as is. Focus should be on fixing roads and improving the traffic circulation rather than developing more houses that will only add to the problems.

The piece of land in question I cycle/walk regularly, using the footpath that runs around it. It has an abundance of wildlife on it and frankly it should be left for nature to enjoy. At the very least, it must have a full survey completed to understand the impact on wildlife that this abhorrent development could have on the site, as well as the environmental/ecological impacts it will undoubtedly have on the immediate and surrounding areas. To try and avoid one is an absolute disgrace, and if it is allowed it would be perceived as two tier planning policies, which frankly the residents of Gerrards Cross have the means and will to raise at the very highest level. We will and are watching very closely how this plays out.
