Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

We object to this development as current services - schools, health services, roads and lack of long term assessment has not been carried out. There are a number of sites being considered for development and if they were all approved the impact would be multiplied! Need an over all road and supporting infrastructure to be approved as part of planning process.

Please do not allow this planning on green belt land which will not work with the roads and village support that we have

I object atrungly to the planning for 485 new homes backing into Bull Lane. The roads are insufficient for the increased traffic heading to schools and workplaces. The infrastructure of both Gerrards cross and Chalfont are overstretched currently and services such as schools, dentists and doctors are already oversubscribed. It is unclear if the sewage system would bear the strain and of paramount importance, the loss of greenbelt to the area would be lamentable

Gerrards Cross is already over crowded,no were for people to park.The common is overcrowded at weekends.The station car park is full.

Keep pressure on this as government will agree to development where opportunity ecists to tie in either existing infrastructure. Sign ‘yes’ st the Neighbourhood Plan referendum this Thursday 23rd it will do as much as is possible, in law, to maintain our cherished greenbelt

Whilst more housing may be needed, this development won’t address the need for affordable housing or the desperate need for more social housing. It will however put more demand on existing schools & doctors.

Outrageous! It’s green belt land filled with wildlife. Our schools and surgeries / hospital are already overloaded too. Strongly disagree

The environmental report is fundamental information to assess a planning submission. Further even if this submission is approved the council will need this to assess CIL and/or s.106

We need to protect our green belt once it’s gone it’s gone

It’s essential to do an impact assessment for Gerrards Cross which is small village/town and needs sustainable and well thought through development lead by developers who act with integrity

I am strongly against this development. Schools, GP's, Roads, etc are already stretched. This development definitely needs an EIA before anything is even considered.
