Support Bucks Council decision to conduct an EIA on proposed Bull Lane development

We do not have the infrastructure to support more households in this area. Once gone there is no going back - protect our Green Belt!

Why build on green site? Plenty of grey and brown sites

Thorough and detailed EIA is essential

There are insufficient amenities available, like school spaces, doctors spaces and narrow roads wont allow more cars so will cause horrendous bottlenecks; plus building on Green belt which has already been eroded with holy cross and the epilepsy centre developments will fundamentally Change the villages around in their atmosphere to the detriment of existing inhabitants.

The infrastructure of Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Peter are not substantial enough to sustain a development of this magnitude.

EIA needs to be done.

I oppose this development.

Absolutely ludicrous to consider any major application without considering its' impact

The Council is absolutely right to insist that an EIA is carried out so that proper examination is made of the impact such a proposal would have on this important site issues such as : Traffic impact on the local roads and access to local schools & sport facilities, the additional impact on the provision of schooling, medical support, quality of life currently protected by green belt, noise pollution. Precedent setting for general spread of develpment destroying the identity of individual communities.

My son goes to Gayhurst school. This pressure would be completely unhelpful for local people.

The Green Belt must be protected and preserved, one cannot stress enough the importance of it.

The Green Belt must be protected from any developments.

For anyone who lives in Bull Lane (we do) this development would be a terrible mistake adding to a congested through road. Environmentally I have already given my arguments why this should be stopped now.

I thought we were protecting the green space and wildlife habitats. We have expanding travellers sites. The wooded areas and green land is diminishing fast now. Really can our roads carry this extra traffic? The character of this area and what it represents is being lost. Once gone there is no going back

Green belt has always been protected under successive governments; this should not change. Existing cities, brownfield and surrounding areas, where there are existing facilities should be exploited 100% before considering the ‘easy’ option of greenfield sites.
