I’ve been going to Argun for years, it’s such a reliable shop for any small arts business/ freelancers. Easy printing, postal supplies and papers. There isn’t another shop like this for locals, I’d be devastated if this was taken away from the community.

This stationers is an exceptional business which offers excellent service to the community and a whole range of expertise in relation to printing of posters, documents and bound scripts as well as a comprehensive range of art materials and office supplies. Staff are always helpful and well informed and it is a hub of support for people working from home. The removal of this business would be a great loss to the community.

Everybody knows and loves this popular store and it’s a disgrace that they have been treated so badly. How can a business survive? Please support them

I have used Argun Stationers for many years. The loss of this business will be a real inconvenience for those of us local businesses who need local support for quality print and supplies.

Argun is the go-to stationery and print shop in Hackney. What one can't find in a supermarket or corner shop, Hackney's residents young and old can find here! We go there often for gifts, pens, art supplies and if we need help with printing an important document. Shops like Argun are essential for a community. It sits perfectly snug in its unobtrusive niche under the railway arch in central Hackney. I can't imagine a more useful shop in this location and it would be a real loss to the diversity of shops in Central Hackney!

Argun is a great shop and serves the people of Hackney brilliantly. The landlord should be proud to play a part in its success. They should think again.

I have been using Argun stationary for 25 years - they are an integral part of our community and is a needed resource for many people. We need local business like this - this is what makes our community and hackney very special. Instead of becoming a cold and faceless place as Shoreditch and Islington have now become .

I have been shopping at Argus stationers since the 1990s. So many valuable, practical shops are being lost - Hackney doesn’t need any more leisure venues or bars, we need a place to live and work!
