Support Argun Stationers against unlawful lease termination

I have used Argun for years - I agree it’s the most useful shop on Mare Street. Having a diverse selection of shops in the area is crucial for a thriving community. Cafes and restaurants in the area are closing through lack of business - we don’t need more.

This is an incredibly useful shop and service run by a very lovely team.

I have used Arguns for the past 25 years. There is no other stationers in Hackey and they provide not only stationary but a genuine sense of community

Argun needs to stay

The whole Argun Family and colleagues have been dedicated to serving the Hackney Community , with integrity, above and beyond the call of duty & with good humour for as long as I can remember . What is the problem with their lease? Is it because someone wants to buy the land for the re-development of the Tesco’s site?

This shop is invaluable. It must not close.

Very important to our community.

Argun is an excellent community shop. It would be devastating to loose it, it is incredibly well used. It is awful to try and terminate their lease like this

Love you guys! We need shops like this on our high streets - great service, amazing selection, so friendly and accessible. We need to resist the profit-obsessed corporatisation which drives all retail online and sucks the heart out of our high streets and communities.

Keep the high street shops for local residents and for the community.

It would be a shame to use Argun and only have bars .. we need a local stationery .

Network Rail & its associated company must not be allowed to evict a thriving Hackney business which itself serves numerous local businesses & the community as a whole.

Please don’t evict Argun! They’re a great local business who are well loved and we should be supporting.

Argun stationers would be rated as the most useful shop on Mare street and the narrow way. It is a lifeline for many older people who are unfamiliar with technology as they are extremely helpful with printing and advice as well as the bountiful collection of stationary. To take this shop away would be ripping the heart out of Hackney
