Support Argun Stationers against unlawful lease termination

keep Argun printers and Stationery Shop open. It is far more than a place to buy stationery ,it is part of our lives. My family has been going there for 32 years, and at 33 years old, I’ve grown up with Argun always being there. I still shop there for stationary, and for the printing that marks our most important moments, christenings, parties, and family celebrations. Shops like Argun are rare. It has supported generations, built real relationships, and helped shape our community. Losing it would mean losing a piece of our shared history.

I have always frequented this shop since being a child. From secondary school stationary to printing out my CV for my first jobs this has been a cornerstone of the community and my youth. One of the few remaining. We lost percy ingles, the video shop on Broadway market and trutex. What's next? Moving argun stationers would show a weakness in hackney against the ever rising tide of gentrification, displacement and spinelessness in the face of free market fundamentalism.

Please save one of the last truly useful shops in the area to the creative community (and others) who are being forced out. I’ve been a customer of Argun for years, always great service, everything you could need from a stationary shop and more!

This is happening more and more. What happens to our Hackney high street when all the local business that make it a wonderful place to be have gone!

Argon is fab. An institution. We go there regularly and Hackney would be worse off if it replaced with yet another cafe or club. Where would we go otherwise? Hackney has lots already.
