This is one of the few intact bungalow courts remaining in Alhambra. The fact that the city has not yet passed a preservation ordinance and identified this as a valuable historic resource is unacceptable.

Alhambra will be overcrowded and spike up the all-ready congested traffic for our small town. Alhambra needs a skate or dog park. Alhambra should be unique, and not follow neighboring cities. Alhambra was a beautiful City now it’s overpopulated, and the crime rate has gone up.

I'm signing this petition because THESE particular properties are UNIQUE, beautiful and have been left in original condition over the years, especially the 5 unit bungalow court. Tearing this down would be ashamed.

If you can't afford to live in beautiful Alhambra, go be poor somewhere else. Get with the program & the times.
