Alhambra is becoming overdeveloped. There is already a huge development on Stoneman. There’s one on Bay Street and on Valley and Marengo. We don’t need more. These developments will lead to more congestion, more overcrowding in schools along with the negative environmental impact and decline in quality of life.

Enough of condos in Alhambra. This historically important bungalow court adds charm to our community. We have over priced condos that are just cramped boxes all over the city already.

When buildings are considered historic, then efforts should be made to preserve it because it is by definition historic. Similarly for anything that is considered antique or classic or vintage should be closely evaluated then preserved accordingly for historical lessons.

Trying to make more unaffordable housing. Where will those family’s go. This city is all about $. Like 5$ a night parking. Why can’t we park for free.

We don't need more condos in Alhambra. The charm of single family homes and bungalow complexes are part of what give Alhambra such a beautiful character and make it a nice place to live. I'd like to see these gorgeous homes stay up and be restored rather than destroyed and replaced. This is one of the few areas of Los angeles with any architectural character still remaining. Let's keep it that way please.
